Kenne-Bell supercharger Kenne Bell has just introduced a twin screw supercharger with intercooler for the Jeep Wrangler 4.0. HP/TQ numbers are: Stock TJ: 148rwhp/201rwtq 5.5psi street: 214rwhp/307rwtq 8.5psi competition: 252rwhp/362rwtq Our inlet manifold accepts up to 70mm throttle sizes (stock is 60mm). The dedicated Kenne Bell Cool Air Kit produces yet another 13HP over the stock restrictive inlet system. The whisper quiet Kenne Bell Superchargers feature a self contained oiling system. Punching holes in the engine oil pan is not required to lube the supercharger. Larger 42 lb injectors, a re-calibrated stock ECM, and the Kenne Bell OPTIMIZER II are required. Without these, "flatline" AF ratio and linear power gains throughout the rpm range are not possible. Finally, the kit is 50 State Legal and is easy to install. |

Avenger supercharger Our supercharger system utilizes the most efficient positive displacement compressor in the world, the Autorotor. As if the Autorotor wasn't enough, our supercharger system is also intercooled! Our intercooler is a patented air to water heat exchanger used by some of Europe's best racing teams. The intercoolers water circuit is independent of the engine cooling system. A small centerfugal pump circulates water through the intercooler and supplemental radiator in an endless loop. Our system is set at 6 psi, it would take an Eaton system using approximately 9psi to make the same power! Additional fuel on boost is injected via a 600cc/min injector controlled by a microprocessor. The microprocessor is a true "3D" mapped system, using engine speed and load (boost) to calculate the precise amount of fuel to inject. All factory accessories stay in place and no routine maintenance items are obscured by the installation. |
